For 4 people

  • 4 extra-fresh farm eggs
  • 4 slices of fresh bread
  • Salted butter
  • 4 slices of Pata Negra ham

1.
Remove the eggs from the fridge so that they are not too cold for cooking. Boil a pan of water. Gently place the eggs in the pan and cook for 3 minutes 30 seconds.

Cut the bread into strips. Butter and place thin pieces of Pata Negra ham on top.

3.
For an even more delicious treat, cut small pieces of Pata Negra ham and place a little in the egg once it has opened.
