  • 350 g cheese tortellini
  • 300 g cooked pink shrimp
  • 150 g cooked green peas
  • Olive oil, fleur de sel, pepper
  • Grated Parmesan
PrEparation

In a saucepan of boiling salted water, cook the tortellini al dente. Drain.

Meanwhile, in a frying pan, mix the shrimp, peas, oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Simply let cool.

3.
Gather the tortellini and the mixture in the pan. Mix then serve with a dash of olive oil, and a sprinkle of grated parmesan.
