In a saucepan of boiling salted water, cook the tortellini al dente. Drain.

Meanwhile, in a frying pan, mix the shrimp, peas, oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Simply let cool.

Gather the tortellini and the mixture in the pan. Mix then serve with a dash of olive oil, and a sprinkle of grated parmesan.
