The spiciness of wasabi affirms the roasted notes of this raw cuvée. The wild pepper, for its part, enhances the fruity aroma of yellow and white peach while bringing out the elegant smoky aromas of the RSRV 4.5 cuvée. These come from the aging in oak barrels of the reserve wine used in the production of the wine.
