The honey notes present in the cuvée 4.5, a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir, are provided by the white chardonnay vines. The nose is expressed both as a fruity and sweet honey scent that can be detected in the quince, but also as a fresh and floral honey, which directs us towards acacia flowers.
