The primary aroma of pomegranate, a small, tangy and sweet seed, is a note that is perceived as soon as this Foujita rosé cuvée is opened. Tangy, fresh, fruity but also astringent notes, especially at the end of the mouth. This gives the wine a certain structure. Easily perceptible on the nose, pomegranate, or grenadine, made with pomegranate pulp and sweeter, is a delicate note that is found at the start of the mouth. It then gives way to a flavor of riper red fruits as it warms up.
