The fern note is a vegetal expression brought by the pinot noir grape variety which constitutes 100% of this Blanc de Noirs cuvée. This primary note initially releases a set of green scents bringing a singular tone. The fern odors often evolve towards odors of undergrowth or oak moss. This allows to offer a more complex aromatic imprint to this wine as well as structure. It is a note which is expressed first on the nose, then on the palate where it contributes to prolonging the length of the wine.
